It’s the Oscars this weekend! One of our favorite films is The Godfather Part II (1972). Nominated for 11 Academy Awards, it won six Oscars including Best Picture, Best Director (Francis Ford Coppola), and Best Supporting Actor (Robert De Niro). From old New York, New New York, Havana to Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Sicily… This film is an all time American classic! We’re highlighting Bar Vitelli, the little bar in Savoca, Sicily where Michael Corleone visits during his exile from America. It is still there today, with barely or little changes since it’s appearance in the film.
