When we said “we’re going to Italy!”, the standard response was “oh where? Capri? Positano? Tuscany?” When we responded with “Bari”, it was met with a long “………………? where exactly is that?”
Bari is located in Puglia, the southeastern region – or the ‘boot’. It’s a lesser known part of Italy but exquisitely charming and beautiful.
