Prime 112 is a Miami institution. So much so that they’ve expanded the steakhouse and opened up Prime Italian (also tasty) across the street. Sports stars, celebs, socialites, and New Yorkers in for the weekend all flock here. It’s always packed. You should expect to wait 45min to an hour PAST your reservation during peak times – but great people watching in the meantime. Oversized martinis and bacon at the bar to watch the games are a nice touch, although it does gets very jammed. If you find a little spot to camp out, stay there. People are all very friendly and sociable, so expect to get chatted up by super tanned older gentlemen or beefy scene chasers on the prowl. Great place to go in a group and have a fun lively meal before a night out.

What would constitute street walker attire in New York is conservative in Miami so find your skimpiest, sexiest dress, get dolled up and be ready to mix and mingle! Not the place to go for a quiet dinner or to have any type of “talk” – just be happy, enjoy your friends and enjoy a fun night out! The portions are huge so great for sharing. Salads feed 3-4 easily, and it’s fun to mix and match the steak sauces. Oh so bad for you yet oh so good – steaks are perfectly crusted and juicy and the over the top vibe here is just fabulous.
